Relocation Assistance Program (RAP)

The Relocation Assistance Program (RAP) helps families relocating, already relocated, or preparing to relocate to acclimate to their new duty station. This is very helpful information and they have standard packets that they send out sort of like ‘welcome wagon’ kits. This program is run through the Navy’s Fleet & Family Support Program.

Extra Clothing Allowance ECA
